Do you have a credit agreement?
- If you have it may not comply with the law
The Law
If you have a loan, or you have purchased goods on credit, to the value of £25,000 or less, then there should be a Credit Agreement in place between you and the lender.
The content of the agreement has to conform to Regulations in accordance with the Consumer Credit Act 1974 - most credit agreements do not.
Our Service
We will investigate your credit agreement on a no win no fee basis to see if it is valid. If it is we will aim to cancel the loan and return any outstanding moneys which the lender may have charged during the loan period.
Even if you do not have a copy of your original agreement we can ask the lender for it on your behalf. We will do all the work to bring you peace of mind and save you potentially many 1000s of pounds in loan payments.
